YZ-12 Frying Machine

An oil-water segregator is added in the exhaust hood to lower down the acidity and peroxide value of the oil. With little storage of oil, high cycling rate and low power consumption, the oil pan will produces noodles with low oil content (≤19%) ,long reservation periodof g barrel is made of  and good taste. This machine fries the oil through indirect heating to make sure products dont coke and conform completely to food hygiene requirement.

This machine adopts spiral-type vertical elevator installation. It is simply constructed, reliable, convenient to operate and maintain, meanwhile its compact structure and reasonable design help to save energy and create good and safe working condition.
